When will my order be dispatched?
Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days upon receipt of payment, Monday-Friday. Please note we cannot ship orders to a PO Box Address.
Where you can deliver my order?
We offer free delivery within the UK and Europe when you spend £200 or more. Our standard delivery cost are:
- Within UK (1-2 working days) – £5.00
- To Europe and Switzerland (3-5 working days) – £ 9.00
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
How will you ship my order?
Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm and will require a signature upon delivery. This does not apply to bank holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address.
In the event no one is available to sign, a card will be left for you to arrange a more convenient date for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Changes of address will need to be made by emailing email@example.com.
Which online payment system does iPiccolini use?
We use PayPal™ to process your payment because it is a safe, reliable and easy to use. Please make sure you create your account for an even faster payment. We will not have access to your account details.
How long do I get to return my Item?
Any product purchased from iPiccolini can be returned within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please follow the following returns procedure: email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and receipt ID.
All products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition, in their original packaging. Please include your name and order number. You will need to pay the postage on your returned parcel. iPiccolini Ltd. will not accept items that have been worn or soiled or if the tags have been removed.
Once we have received your returned order, we will credit your account/card for the original sum paid. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
How can I exchange my Item?
Any items purchased from iPiccolini can be exchanged within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please follow our exchange policy: email email@example.com to notify us about the exchange, quoting your name and receipt ID. All returned products must be in new, unworn and unused condition, in original packaging. Please include your name and order number. Place your order with us for the correct size/item.
How do I return damaged or faulty goods?
All items are carefully checked and packaged before being dispatched.
Should your item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to arrange a replacement. The returned shipping costs of your damaged items will be reimbursed by iPiccolini Ltd.

What are the terms and conditions for the use of iPiccolini.co.uk?

iPiccolini Ltd. is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty. iPiccolini Ltd. is also not responsible if items are lost in transit; we suggest you obtain a stamped ‘certificate of posting’ form or a receipt and retain it as proof of postage. Once a product has been returned, iPiccolini Ltd. will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided. Please include a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.
